Our Perspective:
Many strategies exist for leading, managing, and changing organizations, but all of them ultimately depend upon the reactions of individuals for their effectiveness. Given this simple but powerful reality, how can those who have responsibility in organizations better understand and work with people, the basic material of their job? Since organizations are made up of individuals, the key to creating effective organizations involves maximizing the effectiveness of each person.
