Coaching for Improved Performance is a highly interactive workshop that will provide the skills you need to successfully coach and counsel your team members one-on-one. You’ll learn how to effectively guide, shape, and promote their performance in support of individual and team accomplishments.

The one-day work shop will utilize a series of learning/participation processes including: best practices overviews / individual & small group exercises / formulating a coaching-counselling strategy and model for yourself.
