Privacy Policy

Concord Consulting Corporation has adopted the Canadian Standards Association privacy standard for the protection of our clients and employees. The CSA Standard is based on the principles established by the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) and adopted by the Government of Canada in 1984. These 10 internationally recognized principles form the core of our privacy code.

Accountability
Concord Consulting takes responsibility for the appropriate collection, use, and disclosure of all client and employee personal information under the administration of a designated member of our staff (consult our office by phone/email).

Identifying Purposes
Personal information will be collected by Concord Consulting for the purposes of providing consultation services to its clients and distribution agents, developing the effectiveness of its assessment technologies, and increasing the effectiveness of its business.

Consent
We will collect personal information on the basis of an informed consent for the purposes identified above.

Limiting Collection
Concord will collect personal information solely for the purposes identified above.

Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
Personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those outlined above except by consent of clients/employees or as required by law. This information will be retained as long as necessary for the same purposes.

Concord Consulting will maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client/employee personal information as necessary to accomplish our identified purposes.

Safeguards
We will ensure the safe-keeping of personal information appropriate to the sensitivity of that information.

Openness
Concord Consulting will make readily available to individual clients/ employees specific information relating to our privacy policy and practices.

Individual Access
Concord will provide an individual knowledge of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information, and grant them access to such information upon request.

Challenging Compliance
We have a process in place by which clients/employees may address any questions or concerns regarding the handling of their personal information.
