Applicants quickly complete our online personality test which gives employers objective and very accurate insight to applicant’s personality traits and how they relate to work

Survey results are then compared against a behavioral job competency model (Pro.file Organization) which identifies where the gaps are between the person and the job position

Review and Consult

Finally, review the personality test results with a Pro.file trained consultant to dig into the insights and implications of the applicant’s responses
