No one wants to hire poor performers; yet a bit of research (formal or informal) will tell you it’s common to work through the hiring process only to discover – too late – that a Candidate can’t meet expectations. It doesn’t help there are several factors to consider in making the right choice. It does help though, to know which ones are most important – and that CAN be figured out ahead of time.
