Engagement Surveys

Employee engagement surveys gather information related to employees’ perceptions and experiences.
OVERVIEW

How Engagement Surveys Work

Confidential and Insightful Feedback Collection

The survey process is confidential – employees anonymously fill out and submit their surveys through our online system. Once submitted, we summarize and interpret the data so that business leaders can review a full report with a strengths and weaknesses analysis. Recommendations for improvement are included.

Measuring Progress Over Time

12–18 months later, employees are surveyed again to assess whether the implemented initiatives have improved the situation.

Driving Culture, Retention, and Results

In our experience, businesses that use engagement surveys and respond to feedback create more productive environments, build a collaborative culture, improve teamwork, reduce staff turnover, and enhance business results.
